Autobiography Report

In this PDF, will encourage your students to write in complete sentences. Since this report is more in a question-and-answer format, they may forget to answer in complete sentences.

Provided are two different title page templates for you or your students to choose from, circle maps to brainstorm ideas about key facts and accomplishments about their person, and a tree map that will help your students organize their ideas from the circle map and categorize and classify them.
