Customer Relationship Management (CRM): One of the more taxing but crucial aspects of business is managing your customer base. Look at some systems designed to do that.

Building a Unique Value Proposition: What sets a company apart? That is the UVP. In this chapter students will explore what distinguishes a good UVP, and how to make one.
