Digital Art & Creative Writing Activity: Build a Bunny

This resource is a Build a Bunny Digital Activity ready to use for your students to create their own Bunny!

This is a digital art and creative writing activity. With this Digital Art & Creative Writing Activity: Build a Bunny resource, your students will be learning and/or practicing digital art with the creation of their Bunny, represented as they wish! Students will use their design board to build their own bunny.

Then, to bring it to life, students will complete the "Meet my Bunny" sections. Lastly, they will turn those descriptions into a paragraph form. They will write a descriptive paragraph about their bunny. This last part depends on students' abilities, though single sentences may be formed with younger ones!

Student examples are included.

This Digital Art & Creative Writing Activity: Build a Bunny resource was designed for elementary school students, though it could be adapted to any grade by increasing the complexity of the character and the expanding the writing piece about the character.

Students may complete this Digital Art & Creative Writing Activity: Build a Bunny resource individually, or in pairs. This can also be set up for lab work in computers.
