About This Product

The Draw Your Emotion worksheets are a versatile resource that helps children identify and express their feelings through art and writing.

Each page features a large blank face ready to be creatively drawn on to depict different emotions. Space is provided below for students to add a written label identifying the emotion they illustrated. Drawing faces to match feelings boosts emotional literacy as children learn to recognize and name complex emotions like happy, sad, angry, excited, tired, scared, proud etc. The act of mindfully coloring and drawing also helps children focus inward and build self-awareness.

Teachers can use these blank canvases for emotional check-ins, reflections, or assessments. Have students draw their current mood or ask them to convey more abstract emotions like loneliness, anxiety, calmness. The worksheets promote emotional regulation as children practice articulating their inner experiences. Pages can be used individually or bound together to create a personalized feelings journal.

These can be used as a one off worksheet that children can draw and color in or they can be laminated to be used again and again with dry wipe pens.

The Draw Your Emotion worksheets equip children with creative tools to express themselves. By linking emotions to images and words, these pages foster emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Included is 12 sheets, 6 boys and 6 girls each with differing hair styles.
