If you need support with phonemes during reading to build language skills, I have just the resource for you.
What You Get:
This is a Phoneme Snap Card Game to use with your lower elementary students that are learning or reviewing phonemes. You will receive a 1-page printable with cards. There are 24 cards.
How to Use This Resource:
You will need to print off the sheet of cards. You can print these on heavy duty paper or card stock. Laminate them after printing. This will allow for greater durability. These cards can be easily stored in a plastic baggie. This is a great game to implement when your students have gathered a basic understanding of phonemes.
How to Play:
Take turns to put a card on the table face up and say the word.
If two cards have the same middle phoneme, call SNAP! The player who says ‘Snap’ first wins the cards.
The player with the most pairs of cards at the end, WINS!
