Teaching with this resource is simple! Start by showing the biography slides: through illustrations created in Monet's unmistakable style and the first-person narrative, students will approach him empathetically, seeing him first as a friend and playmate. Once the story is complete, you will find the proposed activities. "Monet's Artist" section: - Color recognition activity based on the series of paintings "The Rouen Cathedral"; - Coloring: Theory of color and color contrasts; - Redrawing and coloring a still life by Monet "The Artist's Qualities" section.
