Print and cut out eight homework passes from the first page. Each pass covers one homework assignment and is labelled non-transferable and for one-time use.
Complete the student, teacher, assignment and date fields, then sign the pass before use. A creator thank-you page follows the pass sheet.

Record and manage permission to skip a specified homework assignment.
Teaching tips
Fill in the assignment and date fields yourself before handing out a pass, so it can only be redeemed for the specific assignment you intend to excuse.
Have students keep the teacher-signature line blank until they actually redeem the pass, so it can't be used more than once.
Cut passes apart and store them for use as individual behaviour or participation rewards throughout the term.
