Learning Never Stops My ambition is to nurture students' desire for learning. Learning is a natural lifetime process that should not be stagnated. I began my teaching career in Early Childhood Education and continue into third and fourth grade. I have an MS in Educational Psychology as well as Instructional Design and Development. I gained insight into learning requirements from my educational background. Learning requires attention, retention, motivation and prior knowledge. Educational Psychology helped me to understand learning styles and use learning theories to develop learning tools. I have a Reading Literacy and ESL certification and in the process of being certified as a Virtual Teacher,
