CVC Words Roll and Read Center

This activity is an excellent way to practice CVC word fluency for both real and nonsense words.

You can use as a whole class game, during small groups, or even as an individual center. First, you'll need to print the dice on different colors to indicate beginning, middle, and ending sounds - or use write-on dice to create your own.

Then students can take turn rolling the dice to create different CVC words and reading them. They can use a bingo chip or counter to cover the picture that matches the word.
