Halloween Craft: Pumpkin Name Writing Template for Kindergarten

Here’s a super simple, no-prep, ready-to-print Pumpkin Name Craft perfect for any preschool or kindergarten classroom!

The activity includes seven different pumpkins for first names that are 3-9 letters long! Each student will get a pumpkin with the perfect amount of lines for the letters in their name!

Simply print one pumpkin craft with the correct number of letters for each of your student's names.

There are many ways they can work on printing their names:

• You write their name first, and they trace over the letters with a marker.

• You write their name first, and they use bingo or dot markers or Q-tips with paint to cover the letters.

• They can write the letters of their name independently if they are ready.

• You can provide a variety of letter stickers or cut-out letters from newspapers or magazines.

After the name printing, students can colour and decorate their pumpkins.
