About This Product

This resource is a supplementary Health resource that will specifically explain vitamins.

Students will learn that there are three ways we get the vitamins we need and understand that a healthy diet is the best way.

You will introduce students to the various vitamins we consume and need. They will also learn that some are fat-soluble, while others are water-soluble.

Lastly, you will inform students of the roles vitamins have and some of the sources of these vitamins.

A worksheet is included to help confirm understanding.
