The 30 hidden words are hidden in different directions (some overlap) for added fun, and provide you with unique materials to use in your classroom. The word search puzzle is fun and can be sent home for a voluntary take-home project, or it can reinforce concepts discussed in the history lesson.

We have included two versions of the word search puzzle! One has a color version with character illustrations, and the other version is a Black and White outline to be more printing budget friendly. The Black and White outline version will also allow students the option of adding their own color(s) while having fun as they do the puzzle!
