Sources of Light Worksheet
About This Product
Teaching science to our elementary students opens them up to a whole new world of interests, but with a whole new take! They get to learn about the weather and its changes. They get to learn about animals and their offspring. They get to learn about natural wonders, such as volcanoes! There are so many engaging things for students to learn during science.
What You Get:
This is a Sources of Light Worksheet that is ideal for upper elementary students! The objective is to correctly identify different sources of light.
How To Implement This Resource:
When students have gained a basic understanding of the many sources of light, this will be a great activity to assess student mastery. This is a 2-page printable that consists of two different charts for students to complete. The first chart will have two figures on it labeled light and dark. Around each square, students will list words associated with these two terms. The second chart will have space for students to draw and write the name of six different sources of light. The sun is already completed for students.
This Sources of Light Worksheet will work great as a class assignment, homework assignment or informal assessment. If you choose to do it as a class assignment, allow students to brainstorm and work together in partners or small groups as they investigate light and shadows.
I hope you enjoy!
