World Health Day Word Scramble - Health Awareness Activity

I developed this word scramble for my 5th grade health class last year when we recognized World Health Day in April. It's a simple 2-page printable with 24 health-related terms that get kids thinking about wellness - from easy words like "doctor" and "clean" to more challenging ones like "nutrition" and "vaccine."

The worksheet worked perfectly as a warm-up activity before our "Healthy Habits" discussion. My students enjoyed racing to unscramble words while waiting for our guest speaker from the local clinic. I printed copies on light blue paper to match our health theme.
