We do not accept returns or refunds, this is because the digital education subscription provides access to digital courses, lessons, videos and other virtual resources that cannot be physically returned after purchase, download or access. The non-returnable nature of digital products is what precludes being able to accommodate refunds or exchanges.

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate if our subscription is suitable for your needs before committing to pay. We encourage you to take full advantage of the free trial period before deciding if you would like to continue with a paid subscription.

You can easily and directly cancel your subscription at any time through your online account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or penalties that we charge for ending your subscription. We do not accept cancellations over the phone or via email, they must be done by the customer directly in the account portal to ensure correct processing. Customers are responsible for proactively managing and canceling unwanted subscriptions; we do not handle this on anyone's behalf. Please make sure you stay on top of your subscription status and billing to avoid unwanted charges if you no longer want the service.
