About this resource

Eight multiplication facts produce number-word answers for the Basic Multiplication grid. Students solve each fact, say the result and spell it into the matching entry. The sample’s answer section also lists solutions for the wider series, but only the Basic Multiplication puzzle is included for students to solve here.

Curriculum reference — Ontario: Clearly distinguish one included puzzle from the six-set bundle advertised on the answer/catalogue pages. Eight supplied clues include3x3 and2x4; Grade4 recall1x1–10x10 is a partial connection. Extra key-only sets do not count as supplied tasks. Selected skills only; reference stage is not an overall reading age, complete curriculum coverage, or an automatic recommendation for every learner.
