Problem and Solution Anchor Chart separates narrative difficulty from resolution. One completed chart asks what a character needs or wants, what went wrong, and how the problem was solved; a second version removes key words for guided recall. A third page supplies paired oral frames for stating the story's problem and explaining when or how it was solved. Together, the pages move from teacher reference to prompt recall and then to a complete spoken response.
