If you want to give students extra practice with writing plays, I have just the resource for you.
What You Get:
This is a Script Writing Template that was designed for elementary students who are working on or have mastered this skill. It also works well as a review for students. This is a 1-page printable.
How To Implement This Resource:
You can print off enough copies of the worksheets for each student to have. You may also choose to print only a few copies and laminate those. If you choose to laminate them, students can use dry erase markers to complete the worksheet. This makes a great small group or reading centre activity.
The Script Writing Template is a blank template that features 3 columns – character, dialogue, and stage directions. Students will use this template if they are working on writing a script for a play. This will give them space to brainstorm and jot down their thoughts.
