3rd Grade Summer Stumpers - End of Year Math Riddles is a fun and engaging math resource designed to reinforce 3rd graders' skills in solving problems and riddles during summer break or to wrap up the school year. Students of all ability levels will enjoy solving a set of 5 riddles that incorporate grade-level math concepts like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, time, money and measurement. Each riddle provides a series of math problems for students to solve. After finding each answer, they locate and write the corresponding letter to reveal the final riddle answer. This can be used individually or in small groups as morning work, a homework assignment, or center activity to maintian essential math skills.
