Ancient Egypt - Book of the Dead - NO PREP Research Project and Tasks

Students always find the Book of the Dead an interesting topic and they always ask about it. Why not use this product as an introduction to Ancient Egypt?

Students research and answer questions about:

- what the Book of the Dead is and where was found,

- the origins and the development of the Book of the Dead,

- the content of the Book of the Dead and

- the most imporant spell - spell 125.

There are also two addiotinal tasks:

- a VOCABULARY TASK (vocab from the task) and

- a WRITING TASK - Explaining to someone what the Egyptian Book of the Dead is.
