About This Product

Teachers and students were suddenly switched to online, or distance learning in March of 2020. Originally, it was going to be a two-week process, and then it was prolonged more and more. The new school year started online as well – students and teachers are still not back in the classroom. This is a Classes Re-Zoomed eBook. This guide will give 10 pointers about using Zoom as a teaching and learning tool.

Most teachers have been part of a Zoom meeting or training. I attended quite a few training sessions this Summer 2020, including the Zoom Academy. Perhaps you’ve taught a lesson or more with Zoom. You know that, as with everything, it takes practice to get better. Don’t try to learn everything at once; be patient with yourself. So, go ahead and practice doing Zoom sessions, and you will feel better every time.

Before you read about Zoom, remember that personal wellness is important:

- Find time for yourself to relax

- Breath in (4-5 seconds), breath out (3-4 seconds)

- Meditate to focus on the present. Search for videos on guided meditation

- Get some sun, about 12-15 minutes daily

- Exercise every other day

- Laugh! Search for funny videos online and enjoy them!

I hope you enjoy!
