This cut and paste worksheets help students identify helpful and unhelpful thoughts and sort them accordingly. This is a great CBT activity for you school counseling sessions that help to engage your students. While engaging in this hands-on activity, students can begin to paste helpful and unhelpful thoughts. When they come across an unhelpful thought, ask them to try to change it to a more positive one. This will help to naturally change negative thought processes in their own head!
