High School 2025 November ELA Bell Ringers

You know that moment when you're sitting at the kitchen table with your high schooler, and they actually ask for more writing practice? That is exactly what happened with my 9th grader last fall. She was tired of worksheets that felt pointless, but she genuinely wanted to get better at writing. So I started creating these quick 5-minute activities to kick off our ELA time each day.
