1. Introduction

As is known, puzzles are versatile educational tools and resources that offer children a wide variety of benefits for the motor, cognitive and emotional development of children and students. In addition to being extremely fun and entertaining for students, these teaching resources will help students acquire those essential skills that will be useful in a wide variety of aspects of their lives. For this reason, today I created this fantastic worksheet, thanks to which your students will be able to develop their learning of numbers from 1 to 10, associating their knowledge and learning with the topic of dinosaurs.

2.Objective

Putting together mathematical puzzles offers a wide variety of benefits such as the following:

- Promote cognitive development: Puzzles help stimulate logical reasoning and critical thinking. In this way, children analyze, plan and make decisions to solve the puzzles, which will contribute to their cognitive development.

- Encourage fine motor skills: When children manipulate the parts of the puzzle, they will improve their hand-eye coordination as well as develop fine motor skills by placing the pieces in the specific and correct positions.-

- Encourage problem solving: When solving the puzzles, students and/or children will be required to think of multiple possible solutions and choose the correct answer. This will encourage the development of your decision-making and problem-solving skills.

- Improve memory: Puzzles will require children to remember details as well as patterns to complete the image correctly. This will contribute to the development and improvement of short and long term memory.
