With this End of Year Poem you can show your students how special they have been to you and end the year strengthening that relationship with them while showing them how special they are!

This End of Year Poem resource was design for students in first and second grade, but can be used for students in any grade! This is a simple poem for which you only have to place your signature and paste the students' pictures on the right side.

All you have to do is:

  • - Print it out

  • - Write student name and your name

  • - Attach a picture

This End of Year Poem resource is ideal to end the school year, and it is so simple, but with a great impact to your students.
