About this resource
Use these two illustrated Guess Who-style boards to review human-body structures and cell organelles. Players choose a hidden structure, ask yes/no questions about its location or function, and remove choices that do not fit.
The download is a PowerPoint file with movable picture and label objects. Give each player a copy and use edit mode to place a choice in the yellow question-mark area and delete eliminated tiles. If using Google Slides, import and check the PowerPoint before class.

Teaching tips & learning objectives
Learning objectives
Identify human body organs and systems by name (e.g., skull, brain, heart, lungs, kidneys) through a guessing-game format.
Identify cell organelles by name (e.g., nucleus, mitochondria, chloroplasts, ribosomes) through a guessing-game format.
Teaching tips
Since the file contains two separate term sets, decide whether to run the human-body-systems cards and the cell-organelle cards as one combined game or as two separate rounds.
Print and cut the term grid into individual cards before play, since each cell in the grid represents one guessable term.
Pair each printed term card with a labelled diagram or textbook image for less-familiar students, since the cards themselves are text-only.
Skills covered
Human anatomy vocabulary — students recognize and question about body organs and systems such as the skull, brain, heart, and kidneys.
Cell biology vocabulary — students recognize and question about organelles such as the nucleus, mitochondria, chloroplasts, and ribosomes.
Deductive questioning — the guess-who format named in the product itself calls for narrowing down a hidden term through a sequence of yes/no questions.

Questions teachers ask about this resource
What two topics do the term cards cover?
Two — one card grid covers human body systems and organs (skull, brain, heart, lungs, and more), and a second covers cell organelles (nucleus, mitochondria, chloroplasts, and more).
