Multiplication is developed across equal-group pictures, array models, repeated-addition sentences, and multiplication equations. The repeated layout asks students to connect the same quantity across visual and symbolic forms. Fourteen pages move through these linked representations rather than treating each multiplication form as an isolated skill. Later pages reverse the process by asking learners to infer a missing representation, strengthening the connection among grouped objects, rows and columns, and number sentences.
