Letter G Mini Alphabet Book

Get students engaged with learning about the letter G with this mini foldable alphabet book. The large images makes these books easy for students to color, and the foldable nature of these books product a no prep activity that can easily be assigned to students. What is Included: This resource includes a single foldable book for the letter G. Each book includes a cover page and 3 picture pages all with pictures that begin with G. Each page also includes a sentence that reads like "A is for Apple," making it easy to read for beginning readers. How to Make: Students will color each page of the foldable book. They will then fold the page to make an alphabet book. The student will then read the book to themselves or to another person. When to Use: Independent Practice - Students can be given these mini books to color and work on independently. Homework - This book can be sent home with students so that they can work on beginning reading and letter sounds with their parents. Literacy or Writing Center - Place the page in the center and let students create their own book. Library - The teacher may choose to create this book and add it to the classroom library for students to read during center time. These alphabet books are a no prep option for teachers to give to students to complete. Each book just needs to be printed out and given to students to complete. They will only need their desired crayons, markers, or colored pencils. No scissors or glue required! Students will have a lot of fun creating and reading these books. They will gain confidence in their reading skills by reading the easy sentences to themselves or to their peers. Students will also gain practice recognizing beginning sounds!
