Chinese: Party Planning Math Game

This resource is a Party Planning Math Game in Chinese.

Each student will choose at least 5 items from the provided list with a total cost of no more than $100. It is highly recommend that they buy multiple of some items and use the correct measure words, which will make calculating the cost more challenging.

Divide the class into teams or rows.

Ask one volunteer to present their list in Chinese.

The class will listen and calculate the cost.

The presenter will pick a student from another team to answer.

The student who gets the total cost correct will earn a point for their team and then present their list in Chinese.

The team that gets the most points wins.
