Cute Cat Cards 5x7 Envelope Template Included

I love whimsical characters. This is why much of what I create is filled with whimsical characters, including my bookmarks and cards. These adorable, whimsical, Valentines Day cards are 5 x 7 size, double-sided, high-quality images, and include an envelope template you can use again and again.

Total number of cards: 8 different designs (all with cream backgrounds)

7. Card with Candy Hearts - Purple, Blue/Green, Red - Saying "I Love You" - Heart sayings include "Be Mine," "True Love," "Charm Me," "Kiss Me."

You can have students work on them for a special project. Print the cards with the envelope template for each card (print 8 copies of the envelope template), have students choose their favorite, cut the card and the envelope template, fold them, and personalize them to give to a friend or loved one.

Students will

1. Practice hands-on craft skills (cutting, folding, pasting, problem solving with the challenge of properly creating an envelope from the template).

2. Practice handwriting and spelling, proper grammar (including use of capitalization for proper nouns, at the beginning of sentence, proper use of commas and periods).

3. Practice proper addressing of an envelope in preparation of sending in the mail, which is an important life skill.

Greeting cards are not age specific. If the student can't read or write, they can draw pictures inside their card and get help from peers and teachers.
