Earth Day Activities including games and coloring pages

Get ready for Earth Day with these fun activities!

Students will learn Earth Day vocabulary like: REDUCE, REUSE, and RECYCLE. Then they will brainstorm different items that can go into each category. They can draw the items or write them. After they have learned about Earth Day, students can complete a word search and coloring pages to continue to celebrate. They will be introduced to even more vocabulary through the word search which has an answer key provided.

Continue on with Earth Day writing prompts. There are eight different task cards along with stationary paper for students to write a persuasive essay convincing someone how they can do their part to help the Earth.

Allow Earth Day to be a celebration of all the beauty we have here on Earth and get students to embrace helping the Earth through simple daily tasks and bring awareness to others.
