eLearning, STEM, SS: The Mouse and the Motorcycle Unit

The unit centered around the book The Mouse and the Motorcycle is primarily designed for 3rd or 4th graders. However, it can be modified for both higher and lower reading levels. This unit not only covers reading, but it also provides enriching extensions, including:

Reading Section:

• Comprehension Questions (marked with relevant skills such as inference, conclusion drawing, synthesizing, and more)

Students are tasked to design a car for Ralph as an alternative means of transport, shifting away from the motorcycle. Teacher instructions are included for in-class implementation; however, it can also be carried out as a home-based learning experience during specific periods.
