About This Product

Incorporating feelings and coping skills is exactly what this fun class challenge does! This A-Z challenge is a great review activity that helps students to identify various feelings and coping skills by using the alphabet. Students are encouraged to get creative (especially for harder letters like X and Z) and see if they can come up with different types of emotions and calming strategies. This can be a great assessment tool as well if you have emotions/coping skill based groups, or have students who struggle with identifying various emotional states or appropriate coping skills!

To spice things up in your small group lessons, you can have students race to see how many they can think of in a short amount of time with a little friendly competition. This activity is simple, but helps students to think about what they have learned and how to see what creative ways they can think of to calm themselves!

This activity is no prep, simply print and go, to make sure you have time to actually accomplish the important things!
