Forms for Yearbook Packet

Being a part of the yearbook staff is often a badge of honor for high school seniors (and juniors). It is a way for them to celebrate the highs and lows of this momentous time in their lives. Great responsibility comes with being a part of the yearbook staff. With this responsibility comes the need for organization.

This is a Forms for Yearbook Packet that will give yearbook staff and students more tools to add to their setup for organization.

There are 3 forms included here.

Form 1 – Spread To-Do Checklist. There are 14 steps including Make Your Contacts, Schedule Events, and Identify Students in Photos. The last column provides space to check off what needs to be done to complete each step.

Form 2 – Spread Proofing Checklist. This includes tasks that need to be complete for Design, Photos, Copy, Proof Names, and Print and Submit. The tasks can be checked off and then signed off on for approval.

Form 3 – Interview Worksheet. You can print off as many copies as you need to interview others. this worksheet provides a space to take notes for any questions and answers.
