Here is a fun worksheet to get your students into the Christmas spirit!

In the .zip folder, you will find:

• a vocabulary list on the topic of Christmas- Noël. There are 35 French words/ expressions and their English translation, as well as a small picture to illustrate the keyword.

• a worksheet (3 versions) in .pdf format. The different versions correspond to different levels of difficulty (one flag being the easiest). You can therefore use this resources with a range of classes and grades.

• answers are included (on the second page of the worksheet)

Activities included on the worksheet:

• Match up: French words to pictures

• Unscramble the letters

• Wordsearch puzzle

• Gap-fill or Translate the sentences in French

There are 10 keywords covered in version 1; with words such as "le cadeau" and "le Père Noël".

There are 14 keywords covered in version 2; with additional words such as " l'étoile" or "le gui".

There are 18 keywords covered in version 3; with additional words such as " la cheminée" or "la messe de minuit".

These activities are aimed at grades 5-8.
