This Halloween Snakes and Ladders Game includes four A4 worksheet boards: counting from 1–10, counting from 1–100, filling missing numbers to 100, and using +5/−5 moves. A larger 1–100 board spans two printable pages, and a counter sheet is included.
Print the chosen board and counters, provide a die, and model moving one space per count. Players climb ladders and move down snakes. On the addition/subtraction worksheet, skulls mean move back five spaces and UFOs mean move forward five.
Use the simpler board for early counting and introduce the other versions as students become comfortable with the number range.
