Lent for Kids | Interactive Reading Packet

This resource is a Lent for Kids Interactive Reading Packet.

This is a great component to your early finisher buckets or reading stations during the Easter season. Once completed, they can be used to decorate the bulletin board or wall in the classroom so that students may feel proud about their work!

Included:

- Lent 5-page emergent reader (printed 2 per page)

• - Color chart

• - Lenten goals chart - for students to color the ways they will walk with Jesus during Lent

• - Lenten goals writing - In this page students will be expect to write their goals based on the follow: - What can I do more of? What can I go without? and What can I do for others?

• - True / False - Which lists 10 facts for students to identify what Lent is all about.

• - Ash Wednesday poster (in color and black and white)

These activities were designed to be completed by students in Kindergarten, First, or Second grades. Though these could be use with any student with the necessary ability and interest to complete them. Additionally, these can be done individually, in pairs, or small groups!
