About This Product

Let's Practise Grammar (Test 2) is a 45-minute assessment that mimics the format and style of KS2 English sample tests. Designed for students ages 9-12, it provides scaffolded practice for standardized exams in a low-stakes environment. After reading prompts carefully, students will respond to multiple-choice, short-answer, and open-ended questions testing grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills. Numbers marking each question indicate its point value. With repeated exposure to these key concepts and question types, students will build fluency, accuracy, and speed. Use individually or in small groups to diagnose needs and track growth over time. The self-paced format allows teachers flexibility to differentiate instruction or assign as homework. As the second in Guinea Pig Education's test prep series, it builds in difficulty while maintaining an accessible grade 4-6 reading level.
