Multiplication 0-12 Task Cards | Math Detectives

Here is a fun way for your grade 3 and grade 4 learners to practice their multiplication skills. With this set of 20 task cards, your learners will put on their detective hats and solve the clues on each card to determine which two numbers they’ll multiply. Their answer will consist of writing and solving an equation with both numbers. There are 3 clues for each factor. To identify the factors, learners will rely on their previous knowledge of concepts such as odd and even numbers, single digits vs. double digits, multiplication vocabulary, addition and subtraction, and number sequence. Some clues also focus on fun facts relating to animals, the alphabet, and the months of the year. This product is a great way for your learners to practice their multiplication skills aside from the traditional workbook or worksheet setting. Task cards that are printed on cardstock and laminated can be used year over year, saving you time and prep work. The best part is, they can be used in a variety of educational environments.
