Specially designed for children in grades 2 to 5, the Multiplication Fluency Pack provides a systematic and organized approach to learning multiplication. The teaching method focuses on one factor at a time, easing the process of mastering multiplication facts from 0-12.

Flexible Approach

Distinguishing itself from other methods, this pack allows teachers to adapt according to their students' needs. For example, every Friday teachers can conduct timed fluency tests based on the fact group of that week. The timing depends on the complexity of each fact group - usually two minutes for most sets and only one minute for simpler ones like 2's or 5's.

Reinforcing Memory Recall

• During assessment sheets filling tasks, children fill in blanks that correlate with that week's particular fact group focus like __ x3 or __ x8.

• The sequence can be structured as follows: first doubles (e.g., 2s, 4s), multiples of five (i.e., fives and tens), finally progressing onto other groups.

Tracking Progress & Engaging Parents

The package also includes:

1. A progress chart - allowing educators to observe which multiplication sets have been successfully learned.

2. 'Home-note templates'- notifying parents about those who've mastered each set or guiding them on helping kids needing more practice at home.

Multiplication Fluency Pack additionally includes: An internal tracking 'Star' tool indicating which facts have been mastered vs ones needing more attention. Teachers might award star stickers upon mastery of sections with special rewards when all is completed!

A homework packet featuring self-check multiplication charts evaluated under timed conditions every Friday; suitable timers can be sourced from YouTube typically lasting about one or two minutes!
