National Minority Health Month Word Scramble - Learning Through Play!

I developed this word scramble activity for my 5th grade health class last April to celebrate National Minority Health Month. It's a simple 2-page worksheet with 24 scrambled health terms that highlight important concepts about community wellness and healthcare access.
