RI.5.5 Fifth Grade Common Core Lesson

This lesson is designed to help fifth grade students compare and contrast the overall structure of events, ideas, concepts, or information in two or more texts, as required by the Common Core State Standards. By the end of the lesson, students will be able to identify the similarities and differences between two texts, and explain how those similarities and differences contribute to the overall structure of the texts.
