For specific goals, this goal is about one detailed part you want to improve on. What is one goal you want to accomplish?
For measured goals, you can check or track your progress to know exactly when your goal is met. How will you measure your goal?
For achievable goals, what plan or steps will you take to reach your goal? What action will you take to achieve your goal?
For relevant goals, this goal is important and worthwhile to you. Why is this important to you?
For timely goals, think about how much time you need to start working on your goal. Ex: two weeks, month, or year. When will you start and reach this goal?
