Reading Tracker Thermometer
About This Product
This is a simple but super cute way to help your students track their reading. Decide on your students’ reading goal (choose 10, 25, 50, 75, or 100 books as a goal) and then assemble the reading thermometer tracker. Decide whether you want black and white to allow your students to decorate their own, or print in color. Put up on the wall and have students write down the title of every book they read. Celebrate when you student reaches their goal, perhaps even setting a reward or party before they start. These charts of a fun way to see their reading grow and grow!
From year to year in teaching, I find that many students enjoy data tracking more than I do! Tracking data and goals are a great way for students to be able to see their progress and get motivated to work even harder towards their goals. For some students, tracking their own goals brings about friendly competition amongst classmates. If you are looking for a fun way to have students track their reading goals, here's one.
How to Use This:
No prep, ready to print goal tracker for your readers. Choose black and white or color and help your student set a goal of how many books they want to read (lines up to 100 are provided). Cut out and assemble. Hang on wall and then have students add the title of each book they've read. Help them set a reward for when they reach their goal! Enjoy!
