Sponge Sailboats

This friendly designed worksheet is suitable for students at school, homeschooling, and as a group activity.

Instructions

• Make a square out of sponge, then ask an adult to help you cut a small piece of the skewer.

• Choose one of the sails or make your own on the empty one.

• Glue the skewer on the sponge, then poke it through the sail and adjust it to be slightly bent.

• Put your sailboat in water and watch it sail!
