About this resource

What's inside this resource

The file itself is small- I know it's only four pages! But don't pass this up because EVERYONE needs a list of their teacher's favorite things!!! It's super helpful to all admin and office staff to have one of these filled out for each teacher!

As a coach, I had each teacher fill out this survey form at the beginning of the year and it came in handy around holidays and especially around Teacher appreciation / staff appreciation time because I could easily copy and send this home with families!

If you want to have a list of your teachers' favorite things on hand all the time, download this item and have them fill it out during in service week! You'll be happy you did!

Here are the questions asked on the survey:

What is Your Favorite.....

morning drink

afternoon drink

color

flower

scent

activity

candy

snack/food

restaurant

animal

place to shop

school supply

hobby/hobbies

What do you collect

How do you like to relax

There are four fun themes to choose from so you can print the one you think your teachers will like the best! If you're going to keep these long term- print them on card stock before hole punching and keeping in your binder!

Teaching tips & learning objectives

Teaching tips

  • Print and distribute this during an in-service or staff meeting so every teacher fills one out at the same time, since the form is designed to be completed individually and then collected.

  • Choose one of the four theme pages to print for the whole staff, since all four pages ask the identical set of questions.

Skills covered

  • Staff-preference collection — the form gathers a consistent set of personal-favorites answers from each teacher for later reference.
