Thanksgiving Poke a Picture

This packet is designed to offer a fun and engaging way to

develop fine motor skill and letter recognition during your Thanksgiving

holiday unit. This packet requires NO PREP! Simply print. For this

activity your students will place the picture page on top of a color piece

of construction paper. I find it best to do this activity on top of carpet, a

rug or cardboard. The students will carefully use a tack to poke the

dashed lines of the picture and word. When the activity is done they will

have transferred their picture and word to the construction paper. We

like to hold ours up to the light or tape them to the window so the light

shines through the holes
