US Citizen Rights and Responsibilities

In this fun civics activity which can be done in group or alone, students will build three charts. On one chart they will have the header of "right", on another "responsibility/duty", and on the third "requirement". Each of these charts will have 4 sections in which students will have to sort and glue 12 items.

The object of this activity is for students to know their 1st amendment rights, the requirements that a citizen faces in America, and responsibilities of one -such as being involved in the community.

This is a great activity for students learning of civics, basic rights, and citizenship.
