Download the zip file containing a Microsoft PowerPoint and a PDF with a link to make a copy in Google Slides/Google Drive. When ready to edit, in either format, just click on the text box to change wording, fonts, font size, or font color. Drag or turn the text box to change the location or direction of text. Insert a text box with white fill to block off any spines you do not want to print.
This resource contains 40 different binder covers and seven variations of binder spines. Each variation includes binder spines for 3-inch binders, 2-inch binders, 1.5-inch binders, 1-inch binders, and half-inch binders. 71 total pages; the first three are for "packaging purposes" and are not editable.
I print covers on regular printer/copy paper and insert into clear view binders. Spines are a bit tricker, especially the smaller spines, so I typically print spines on card stock OR if I print on paper, I laminate before inserting.
Appropriate for all classrooms, teachers, staff, students, or your home office!
Teachers - Using matching or coordinating binder covers, spines, and labels (see my other product listings) will help tie in the different colors and objects in the room, uniting the look, improving the feel of the room, and can even help raise your score on teacher evaluations.
Feeling overwhelmed? Don't try to do it all at once. Start with 3 to 5 binders a week. That is manageable, and makes a big difference. The hardest part is getting started! So, find a design you like, your favorite font, and take it a week at a time! You Got This!
Happy Organizing!
