Teaching tips & learning objectives
Learning objectives
Recall basic division facts for divisors 1 through 12
Apply the inverse relationship between multiplication and division to solve division facts fluently
Teaching tips
Assign one divisor sheet per day for cumulative daily fact practice across the full 1-12 range.
Since there is no answer key, prepare one in advance or have students self-check against a multiplication chart.
Use timed drills on individual sheets once students have learned the corresponding multiplication table to build fluency.
Skills covered
Division fact recall — students solve division problems for a single divisor at a time, such as 42 ÷ 7 and 88 ÷ 11.
Divisor-by-divisor mastery — students work through the complete division-fact range for one number (1 through 12) per worksheet before moving to the next.
